About us

Morphovis™ is a research-based startup at the Life Science Innovation Hub (LSIH), the University of Calgary’s research park. It was formed based on an invention disclosed to Innovate Calgary, the technology transfer office at the University of Calgary, by Ashkan Tehrani from his postdoctoral research studies under Dr. Arindom Sen, co-inventor of Morphovis platform and principal investigator at the University of Calgary. Working together on various cell therapy approaches and regenerative medicine strategies, the co-inventors strive to offer an inexpressive real-time cell-based screening pipeline for precision drug formulation with multiple applications in cancer research, tumor studies and regenerative medicine.
